About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Wood Furniture Repairer to join our team in Rancho Cordova. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in woodworking, finishing, and furniture repair. This role involves restoring, repairing, and refinishing wood furniture to ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Inspect furniture for damage and determine the appropriate repair methods.
Perform structural and cosmetic repairs on wood furniture, including sanding, staining, painting, and refinishing.
Replace or repair broken parts such as legs, arms, and drawers.
Use woodworking tools, adhesives, and finishing materials safely and effectively.
Match stains, paints, and finishes to achieve consistent color and texture.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety protocols.
Collaborate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely repair and return of products.

Requirements:
Proven experience in woodworking, carpentry, or furniture repair.
Knowledge of woodworking tools, repair techniques, and finishing materials.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to match finishes and restore items to original condition.
Ability to lift, move, and handle furniture safely.
Dependable, punctual, and able to manage repair timelines.
High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or relevant training is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in furniture manufacturing, refinishing, or related woodworking trades.
Familiarity with furniture assembly and upholstery repair.
