We specialize in handling inbound calls for pledge donations, connecting passionate donors with causes they care about. Our team of over 1,200 representatives delivers exceptional customer service from their home offices, ensuring each caller has a positive and meaningful experience.

Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will answer inbound calls from individuals interested in making donations to various non-profit organizations. Your role is to provide a pleasant and professional experience for each caller, accurately process their donations, and maintain confidentiality. This is a remote, independent contractor position, allowing you to set and maintain your own schedule.&

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer inbound calls from donors with enthusiasm and professionalism.

- Accurately process pledge donations using provided systems and scripts.

- Maintain donor confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.

- Adhere to client scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance.

- Manage your schedule to meet call volume demands, especially during peak times.

- Participate in ongoing training and stay updated on client campaigns and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.

- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute with high accuracy.

- Proficiency in computer operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

- Ability to complete online certification independently using provided resources.

- Pleasant and enthusiastic phone presence with clear diction and inflection.

- Ability to read and adhere to client-provided scripts verbatim.

- Previous remote work experience is preferred but not required.

- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.

Technical Requirements:

- Computer: Windows-based PC with anti-malware security software.

& - Minimum 2 GB RAM; CPU (Intel or AMD) 2GHz processor (or equivalent).

& - Resolution of 1,280 x 720 (720p) or greater.

& - Note: Mac/Apple systems, Chromebooks, tablets, and smart devices are not compatible.

- Internet: High-speed internet connection with minimum bandwidth of 10 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download.

& - Acceptable connections: Cable, DSL, FiOS.

& - Unacceptable connections: Satellite, Dial-Up, Wi-Fi, and wireless

- Workspace: A private, quiet workspace free from background noise and interruptions.

- Equipment: USB headset with microphone.
