CSS Employment Group is currently seeking Yard Hustlers for immediate positions in Carson, CA ! We have 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available with shift differentials . Join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with weekly pay and growth opportunities!

$24.00/hr
Additional shift differential for 2nd & 3rd shifts

Tuesdays & Wednesdays | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
️ Responsibilities:
Move trailers within the yard using a yard goat or hostler
Spot trailers at dock doors as directed
Maintain yard organization and safety
Communicate with dispatchers and warehouse staff
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
✅ Requirements:
Must have recent Yard Hostler/Hustler experience
Ability to work in fast-paced environments
Must be able to pass background and drug screening
Flexible with shift assignments
