You will act as the primary strategic representative of the firm, leading the procurement and successful delivery of diverse architecture projects. Key Responsibilities and Focus Areas

Executive Project Ownership

• Secure and Define Scope: Own the project's inception, from estimating the scope of work to determining accurate fees.
• Full Execution Accountability: Drive the project from concept to completion, ensuring every detail not only meets but exceeds client expectations and established standards.
• Administrative Command: Oversee all major administrative components, including contracts, financial billing, and coordination with the administrative team.

Client & Consultant Leadership

• Cultivate Key Relationships: Serve as the principal point of contact for the client, building the trust and rapport that leads to future partnerships.
• Orchestrate Project Partners: Act as the central communicator, efficiently coordinating and aligning project consultants to ensure seamless integration.

Team Empowerment & Mentorship

• Shape Future Leaders: Mentor and actively empower Junior Project Managers to grow into senior leadership roles.
• Guide and Direct: Lead project team meetings and provide clear, decisive guidance on assignments, processes, and technical conformance.
• Drive Process Excellence: Maintain meticulous oversight of the project schedule and progress, ensuring all teams are operating at peak efficiency.

• Technical Authority: You are fluent in Building Codes, confident in meeting with Building Officials, and skilled at resolving complex code-related issues.

• Professional Background: While licensure is a plus, your experience and proven ability to lead complex projects are the essential credentials.
