Job Summary We’re looking for a Biotechnician to support our manufacturing operations at BioLegend by preparing small- and large-scale buffers for both in-house use and product sales. In this hands-on role, you’ll also contribute to production support activities such as running SDS and IEF gels, ELISAs, and mycoplasma assays. We’re seeking a detail-oriented team player who is organized, communicates well, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Perform buffer manufacturing for finished goods buffers as well as buffers to support purification, BMIA, MCI and conjugation areas Perform analytical assays such as SDS PAGE gels, IEF gels, and other assays as needed Follow SOP’s, batch records, and other compliance-related documentation Experience working in a regulated environment such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, QSR or GMP is preferred Familiarity with inventory control and/or ERP systems is a plus Other production support activities as needed Minimum Qualifications – Education And Experience AA degree with minimum of 2 yrs industry experience Work Environment & Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a laboratory environment with occasional data entry on a computer. Occasional exposure to a warehouse environment. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools or controls, and reach with hands and arms.
