The Illinois Department of Correction is looking for a Change Management Project Manager to lead the development and execution of strategies that align departmental operations with strategic priorities. This role formulates policies, coordinates resources, and manages communication to ensure smooth implementation of change initiatives. By mitigating risks, engaging stakeholders, and measuring outcomes, the Project Manager drives successful adoption of organizational change while strengthening efficiency, compliance, and long-term impact. Term Appointment: Candidates hired into a term position shall be appointed for a term of 4 years and are subject to a probationary period. The term may be renewed for successive four-year terms at the Director of the Department of Corrections’s discretion.
