John Evans Recruiting is conducting a search for a newly created Commercial Estimating Manager role for a roofing contractor near Columbia, MD. This organization has an impeccable reputation and ambitious growth goals to grow from $10M to $30M in the upcoming years. They are excited to be expanding their commercial estimating department to serve customers in the Maryland/DC region.
The Commercial Estimating Manager will be required to be in the office to lead 3-5 estimators, but this leader will also be needed in the field to do estimating work throughout the region.
Our client is also seeking commercial estimators, so the ability to bring estimators with you is a plus.
