The University of Iowa Pomerantz Career Center is ready to hire a 100% full-time role as an Employer Engagement Specialist and Career Coach. This position will have a 50/50 percent split between community and employer relations and coaching duties. Work Modality: This position is eligible for hybrid work within Iowa and will require a work arrangement form to be completed upon the start of your employment. Work arrangement options will be discussed during the hiring process and are subject to change for training, programming, peak periods, and performance.
Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $47,000 - $52,000, with the top of the range reserved for exceptionally qualified applicants. This position includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package.
