We are seeking a exemplary employee who is interested in supporting Executive Health Services. Individual must be professional, positive, and committed to serving our patients and connecting with them, so that the best client experience and service can be delivered. Will be working with clients that are interested in functional medicine. Focusing on disease prevention, heart health, nutrition, hormone therapy, weight loss, aesthetics, anti-aging, natural beauty, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB FUNCTIONS

Ensure a professional, positive, seamless, and welcoming experience for patients in person and on the phone.

Warmly greets patients, making them feel welcomed and at ease. Patient check in and out, collecting payments, scheduling, managing correspondence via phone calls and messages, and utilizing the EHR system.

Complete new patient intakes.

Schedule and confirm appointments effectively to streamline efficiency for the team’s success.

Accurately documents patient communication in the EHR system.

Respond to patient messages within 24 hours.

Accurate data entry.

Compile and file documents - consent forms, records release, etc.

Use office software effectively (eg. Google drive, Microsoft Word, Excel, EMR systems, scanner and fax. (Practice Fusion and EPIC highly desired)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree - required
• Minimum two-five years of providing exemplary customer service preferable in an Executive Health Services setting.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - required.
• Must be polite, polished, professional and pleasant – required
• Professional and compassionate care standards - required
• Great computer software skills to take payments, communication with, and schedule patients.
• Must be able to work as part of a team
