About Thursday’s:
Thursday’s Hair Solutions is a very unique and collaborative, client-focused salon specializing in safe, non-surgical hair replacement solutions. We give men, women, and children a full head of natural hair that blends with their existing hair. It's life-changing. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, welcoming environment where clients feel supported, confident, and cared for.

Our Salon Environment:
We are not in a typical store front with signage or retail space. Rather, we are located in a large suite in a medium-sized office building right off Calabasas Road.

Who We're Looking For:
We’re looking for a reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Receptionist / Client Concierge to join our team full-time. This client-facing, front office role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring each client’s experience begins and ends with exceptional service. 


Key Responsibilities

Reception & Client Care

  • Greet clients upon arrival and ensure they feel welcome and cared for. Our clients are awesome people who genuinely appreciate our life-changing services. 
  • Answer phones and interact with clients in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Schedule client appointments using our online scheduling software (it's called Meevo)
  • Maintain a positive and polished front desk presence. 
  • This job is very important because this employee will be the first face all clients see when they enter Thursday's.

Daily Operations

  • Open and close the office each day, ensuring the space is organized, secure, and ready for business.
  • Prepare client files for daily Stand-Up meetings.
  • Keep the reception area tidy and stocked with necessary materials.

Administrative & Financial Support

  • Perform daily account reconciliation to verify transactions and client payments are accurate (Meevo again!).
  • Keep track of client balances and ensure clients pay outstanding bills in a timely manner.
  • Draft and manage contracts for new hair orders with precision and timeliness.
  • Provide direct administrative support to the Owner and Office Manager as needed.
  • Assist stylists and management with scheduling coordination and client communication.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Thursday’s team to ensure the day runs smoothly and clients stay on schedule.
  • Support team members as needed and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a front desk, salon, spa, medical, or office setting preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using online scheduling systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Professional phone etiquette and strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a consistent full-time schedule.
  • A friendly, team-oriented attitude and passion for exceptional client service.
