Location: Eagle Vail, CO
Position: Guest Service Driver
Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time Available, Seasonal until April 2026
Start Date: Various Training Dates are available from November 3rd through December 12th, 2025
We want Guest Service-Focused Individuals to:
- Safely transport our guests between the mountain ski towns of Eagle County and the Vail Valley areas, and the Denver International Airport, while driving 14-passenger Ford Transit Vans
- Treat your guests like they are your best friend or family by being kind, courteous, and helpful throughout their transportation
- Engage with your guests, assist with their luggage, and provide a smooth, safe, and hassle-free experience!
- Start and End your day from Avon, CO!!

Guest Service Drivers Pay Breakdown:
* Compensation Range - $25.50-$38.00/hr
(includes tips & bonuses)
* Additional Pay for long days
* Additional Bonus opportunities available

- Commissions on 3rd party ski rental referrals
What does it take to be a Summit Express Guest Service Driver
* Be punctual and have exceptional time management skills
* Read and understand your trip manifests
* Map out your routes before departure - seek guidance from your Dispatchers
* Perform Pre and Post Vehicle Inspections
* Be comfortable finding pick-up points for your guests
* Maintain contact with Dispatchers and communicate if you're experiencing issues
* Report any traffic concerns to Dispatch
* Possess a high level of cleanliness standards for your vehicle
* Be comfortable working with various forms of technology (push-to-talk radio, tablet, navigation, etc)
Requirements
* Drivers must possess a valid driver's license and have no traffic violations on their Motor Vehicle Record within the last 3 years
* Be at least 23 years of age
* Must be able to lift 50 lbs
* Must be able to pass a DOT (Department of Transportation) Physical Exam - company-paid
* Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen to include marijuana
* Winter Driver Experience required for November - April employment
