What will you do? Maintain unit’s employee files by verifying paperwork is received, alphabetizing, filing document, and auditing files as needed Track training on Excel and ensure compliance with all training standards Assist with answering all HR inquiries by phone and in-person Set up training sessions and hiring events Assist with new hire orientation and conduct trainings as needed Assist with completing I9 documents and other new hire paperwork Help with team members engagement projects, including the completion of the unit’s newsletter and other fun activities to engage and motivate team members Create a welcoming environment in HR, responding to all inquiries and questions, answering phone calls and responding to emails Other duties as assigned More about you Bachelor’s degree or some college strongly preferred Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word Strong organization skills to manage employee records, coordinate trainings and handle employeed inquiries Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to help support employee needs Ability to handle sensitive information while maintaining strict confidentiality Strong Attention to detail Willingness and enthusiasm to help with a variety of tasks and projects as they arise Source: Hospitality Online #J-18808-Ljbffr Delaware North at Rate Field
