LOCATION: Roseville, CA

SALARY: $30 - $33/hr.

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday| 8:00 am 5:00 pm | Temp to Hire

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the Regional HR Generalist, youll be the go-to HR partner for staff across multiple sites. Every day brings new opportunities to support and strengthen the workforce behind this important mission. You will:

• Serve as the trusted HR advisor for employees and managers in your region
• Lead efforts in recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with California employment law and HR best practices
• Partner with leadership to drive performance management and staff development
• Champion a positive, inclusive, and mission-driven workplace culture
• Travel within assigned counties to connect directly with teams on the ground

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years in an HR Generalist role supporting decentralized teams
• Solid knowledge of California employment law and HR procedures
• Experience with HRIS systems (Paylocity a plus)
• Strong documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills
• High level of autonomy, accountability, and initiative
• Valid CA drivers license and ability to travel within the region
