Job Title: Junior CAD Designer

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000

Location: Manhattan, NY

We’re looking for a Junior CAD Designer to join our team in Manhattan. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent architecture graduate or someone with up to one year of professional experience who’s ready to take the next step in their career.

As a Junior CAD Designer, you’ll work closely with senior architects and project managers to support the production of design and construction documents for multifamily projects. You’ll gain hands-on experience across all phases of the design process while developing your technical and creative skills in a collaborative studio environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and revise architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
• Assist in the preparation of design presentations, construction documents, and permit sets
• Coordinate with consultants and team members to ensure design accuracy and consistency
• Conduct site visits and field measurements as needed
• Support the design team in project organization, documentation, and model management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with NYC building codes and multifamily housing design is an advantage
