Develop and implement quality control protocols and standards for the shop floor. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. Identify and address any quality issues or inconsistencies in the manufacturing process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall product quality. Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures and best practices. Conduct regular quality audits and prepare detailed reports on findings. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Work proactively to reduce waste and optimize production processes.
