Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Remote but no West coast-based candidates

Duration: 12+ months

Overview: We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst with deep expertise in Sales Cloud and hands-on technical knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and SOQL. This role requires both strong functional analysis skills and the ability to work closely with technical teams to configure, extend, and optimize Salesforce as a system of record for master data elements (Accounts, Contacts, Products). The ideal candidate will thrive in Agile delivery environments and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and partner delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Sales Cloud capabilities.
• Configure and extend Salesforce standard objects, fields, Flows, and automation to support business processes.
• Support development efforts involving Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL queries.
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Data Architects, and fellow Business Analysts to align technical solutions with enterprise architecture.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Create functional design documentation, acceptance criteria, and user stories for development teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.
• Proven hands-on experience with Sales Cloud.
• Strong working knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flows, and SOQL.
• Experience configuring and extending standard Salesforce objects.
• Understanding of Salesforce data model and best practices for master data management.
• Strong background working in Agile delivery environments.
• Excellent collaboration skills; ability to work with cross-functional and partner delivery teams.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred:

• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Administrator, or Sales Cloud Consultant certification.
