What You'll Do:

• Deliver customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.

• Monitor and manage communications for the location, coordinating response to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

• Dispatch security-related personnel and resources as needed to support ongoing operations and incident response.

• Document and report all incidents, calls, and activities accurately and promptly according to established protocols.

• Maintain awareness of security-related systems, alarms, and access control points for the location.

• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to relay important security-related information and updates.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.

• Customer service experience is preferred.

• A guard card or license is preferred.

• Applicants who are comfortable using a computer or tablet are preferred.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
