Your responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Assisting customers in person and over the phone by identifying needs and recommending suitable products and services. Building productive trust relationships with our diverse customer base. Accurately processing sales transactions in line with company policies. Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintaining organized work orders and accurate product formulas. Pulling products from the sales floor or warehouse as required. Tinting and mixing products to customer specifications. Stocking shelves and setting up attractive product displays. Ensuring store equipment is clean and in good condition. Loading and unloading delivery trucks as necessary. Assisting with deliveries when needed. Keeping assigned areas well-stocked and visually appealing. Staying informed about product offerings and available options. Adhering to inventory control procedures. Providing suggestions to improve sales. To succeed in this role, you must meet the following requirements: At least eighteen (18) years old. Legally authorized to work without sponsorship. Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong reading and writing skills in both languages. Possession of a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently, and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without accommodation. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred qualifications include: A high school diploma or GED. At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Prior experience selling paint and related products.
