TriTech Enterprise Systems, Inc. is actively seeking to hire  Testers (Functional, Application, QA and Performance Tester)responsible for end-to-end testing for a federal client. The ideal candidates must have a degree and at least five (5) years’ demonstrated experience in testing. In addition, the candidate must have "* An active IRS Minimum Background Investigation MBI/ 58C Tier 2RS clearance required is required".

Various Tester  Positions (i.e., Functional, Application, QA, Integration, Automation and Performance Testers)

Telework:  Yes; this position is a combination remote/work. Candidate must be able to work in the office at least one day a week (Site Location: Lanham, MD 20706). This remote work can vary from week to week.

Service Start Date:  Immediate

Task Description:  These candidates will work with a group of testers creating test plans, test scripts, creating data, defining test requirements, validating, documenting, reporting, test results (durations, volumes), logging defects for any issues encountered for development teams to resolve. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for coordinating and taking ownership of working with the development and deployment team to troubleshoot and determine root cause for any performance issues.

Required Skills/Level of Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in testing federal applications - 5 years
• Proficient writing scripts (i.e. SQL, JAVA, etc. ,)
• Familiar with both Windows and UNIX/Linus environments – 3 years
• Demonstrated experience in setting up the performance testing strategy for a data warehouse application – 3 years
• Experience conducting performance testing builds for enterprise applications – 3 years
• Demonstrated experience in performance testing using rational tools – 3 years
• In-depth understanding of the software development life cycle for implementing enterprise level systems – 3 years

• Communication skills both oral and writing
