Pediatric Therapeutic Services (PTS) is seeking a part time Behavior Technician (BT) to provide early intervention behavior services for a local preschool in Lansdale, PA.
\n
\nThis position is 26 hours per week.
\nMon-Thurs AM session 8:15-11:15, 1 hour break between sessions 30 min unpaid lunch break, 30 min paid to assist teacher , PM session 12:15-3:15
\n
\nMUST have experience working with preschool aged children in a behavior role.
\n

• PTS provides consistent on-site and off-site mentorship with Clinical Directors and Team Leaders.\n\t
• School-Based Academy: We provide the support and community that a new School-Based therapist needs to feel comfortable and to be successful.\n\t
• Lending Library: PTS recognizes the additional expenses in providing evaluation for materials. We have an extensive library of testing tools and assessments for therapist to borrow as needed.\n\t
• Team Tuesday: Join our monthly Team Tuesdays via Zoom where you can connect with other PTS professionals to ask questions, share resources, and network.\n

\n Responsibilities: \n\n

\n\t
• Assist the BCBA in implementing behavioral programming. Collecting data on all programming and write progress notes.\n\t
• Understand and adhere to established policies and procedures\n\t
• Demonstrate sound judgment, critical thinking, decision making, and effective time management skills through daily documentation.\n\t
• Maintain acceptable attendance status, per Agency policy\n\t
• PCA duties such as toileting may be required\n\t
• Perform other duties as assigned\n

• High School Diploma\n\t
• Minimum one year experience working with preschool age children \n\t
• Child Abuse, State and Federal Clearances\n
